OUR WORK

With a strong presence in the UK as a retailer, employer and service provider (through Amazon Web Services), Amazon has a raft of rich stories to tell.

Our goal with Amazon UK is to shine a light on the positive impact Amazon is having in the UK, telling stories on Amazon UK’s owned channels across the verticals of innovation, sustainability, economic impact, upskilling and jobs creation, support for small businesses, community impact, DEI and more.

Our in-house content producers create, manage and publish most of the stories found on the About Amazon UK site, acting as an extension of the Amazon UK Corporate PR team and the Amazon Owned Channels and Content Team for Europe.

Thinking Hat PR supports us across several categories from website production, to editorial planning and writing, to communications strategy. They are able to scale quickly and they provide excellent and prompt support within tight deadlines. They are easy to communicate with, and are agile at handling evolving business requirements.

Our strategic communications department is multi-disciplined, with skillsets that go beyond corporate journalism and writing, and crosses over into social media strategy, video production, SEO and website production.
